The
Bank Report is the report prepared by your accountants that shows how your
bank performed during the most recent period. It contains proprietary
information that is available only to your bank managers.
The Income Statement shows the interest you received from lines of credit,
loans, and the Central Bank. It shows the interest you paid on savings
deposits, on certificates of deposit, and to the Central Bank. It shows
how much your operations cost and what you spent on Marketing and R&D.
If your bank made a profit, it shows the taxes that you paid and concludes
with Net Income, or your profit for the quarter.
The Balance Sheet shows what your bank has due to it, or its assets, and
what it owes to others, or its liabilities and equity. This is where you
see how your deposits match up with your loans. Retained Earnings is how
much profit your bank has made since the beginning of Banks in Action.
This is the number used to determine which bank is the most successful.
